However they promised me to fill up my gas tank for completing their Honda Experience survey. I ended up leaving the application for them to process and then returned later to complete the deal. A manager caught me at my car and apologized profusely for what happened. My 2 kids were fussing and I was tired of waiting, so I took my application and left. I had to bring my children with me which wasn?t ideal but I didn?t have other options. Sales rep left me waiting for long period of time after completing the credit application. We do appreciate the service manager for overseeing this correction, and for ensuring that a good job was done for this repair.
